About Me

My name is Nicole and I'm a 46yr single mom to a 25yr daughter.

I was injured at work in 2002. I went from making really good money to being on SSDI, Long Term Disability and Early Retirement. I have a legal and medical background.

I have chronic pain and have to take meds everyday for the rest of my life. I have been told i will NEVER have surgery, as 3 Neuro Dr's have refused to do surgery on my neck (too damaged) so i will have to learn to live with this pain for the rest of my life.

My daughter loves animals and has a very cute Yorkie dog named Sweet Pea she is 3yrs and so spoiled.

My daughter works full time at Goodwill She is such a good kid and helps me around the house and financially, i've never had any problems with her.

Well after never wanting grandchildren and my dd never wanting kids, she found out at her birth control re-fill appt that she was 35 weeks pregnant!!!

4 weeks later Jordan Alexander was born! From the 1st moment I saw him I was in love! My dd is really turning out to be a great mom!

Now it's my turn to watch my grandson while my dd works, I got plenty of help when my dd was a baby from family/friends so I could work/go to school. I wonder if that's why someone "above" decided I would no longer work?
