About Me

I'm 45, my husband of 19 years is 49. We are both on medical disability with Medicare (Thank God). We don't drink or do drugs. Neither one of us even smokes cigarettes (he recently quit) We live in a quiet small town of 1680 (according to 2010 census) I was volunteering at the town Library a couple days per week - until my husbands illness - and I have made a real good friend of the town's Librarian. My husband Tim, before his illness built birdhouses and birdfeeders - he gave 80% of them away at Christmastime. I like to do decoupage when my mood strikes me - that also goes mostly for gifts. I'm working on one right now for myself that is all General Hospital pictures...I've been saving the pics out of magazines for a couple years. We pray alot for others - including my mom who just passed away in September and my dad who is left in mourning after nearly 57 years of marriage. I'm a big lady who is trying to lose weight - eating a whole lot less this last 6 weeks. Without my mom around & now my husbands illness, I started out not wanting food and now that's all I want, but I have given up chocolate for Lent...Go GOD!
