we are grandparents raising 4 of our grandchildren due to my daughters death in Feb.2012. we have 1 boy age 12,a girl age 6,a boy age 4, a boy age 18mos. we also have 1 other G-daughter, age 15 who lives with us also.Where it is rewarding raising grandchildren it is also challenging.I have had 2 surgeries within 2 months apart 9/21/2011 and 12/01/2011 and my daughters home burned down on Thanksgiving day 2011 and then her death Feb.22,2012. We also lost my mother n law on the same day within n mins, but was unrelated. She passed due to natural causes.Losing my daughter has been the most painful thing in my life.I had to quit my job to stay with the children and we are in a mess.I have a lot of wishes but none no greater than to help my grandchildren.This is the most import.thing.We will be needing a place big enough for us all to move to and without my income we don't make much.We are in need to get out from under out mortgage an find donations to buy a used 4 bedroom mobile home.The home we are in would cost too much to pay off and not to mention all the repairs we need.I will take care of the grandchildren if we can get someone to help us get in out from under this mortgage.We will not be able to do this with out your help.We would hate to think where they would be without us.At the end of the day when i see them asleep, safe and fed i am so thankful and no matter how difficult the day was i am ready to start again tomorrow.I ask for your help in helping us to start over and get settled.I am no good to them in this situation so please help us with donations to help us get thru this.This will not take away our pain but will get the pressure off and focus on where we need to be in life. I am so sorry but desperation is here and we have no one to help.
