About Me

My name is Debbie. I'm 29yrs old and have recently fallen on some hard times. Things have recently started to turn around for me and a friend directed me to this site to try and help me over some of the hurtles that are still out of my reach. I'm hoping in the near future things will be turned around enough for me to go from being a wisher to a hero. I'm currently working on getting back into college, family issues forced me to leave less than a semester shy of my associates a few years back. The way things are looking I should be enrolled next fall. I'm currently homeless and bouncing around friends couches until I get back on my feet which is the only reason I didn't try to push for getting into school this year. I plan on majoring in Marine Biology and I'm already in contact with an Aquarium near the school that would be my dream job. I'm hoping to get an internship with them while in school that will lead to full time employment. While in school I also plan on getting my teaching certificate because if I can't get into the aquarium for whatever reason I would also love to teach, maybe I can even do both if I'm really lucky. I'm also extremely interested in crafting of all kinds from costume/mask making, knitting, wood working, cake decorating, jewelry making, you name it I've probably tried it and if I haven't yet I most likely will. Anyone who would like to pm me just to chat or ask for advice on their own projects I would love to hear from you. I'm going to end it there since I realize this has become pretty long.
