About Me

Hi, my name is Angel and I am a 44yr old disabled single mom with 2 grown(mentally challenged)kids and one grandson,(2mos).
My disabilities are my back (a condition called Retrospondylolisthesis = Backward slippage of the body of a vertebra that moves it out of alignment with adjacent vertebrae), DDD (degenerative disk disease) and Osteoarthritis in my knees and back. The Retro can be possibly fixed by fusing rods in my back. Yeah right, every comment I have read about this type of surgery ended up requiring multiple surgeries with little results. So I am trying to hold my own as long as I can. I used to be able to walk a couple of miles with no problem, now, I barely walk half a block or just walk around my house. UGHHH!!!!

I try not to let depression get me down but it is so hard when your mobility is so limited. So I work on my cross stitch and crochet or play with my grandson.
