I'm 67 years old, disabled & receive a small SSI check each month.

I've had a really rough few years. I had a heart attack a few years ago. My son passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago, and in that same year I also lost my uncle, a sister, & a nephew.

My mother passed away in the spring of 2012. One of my favorite cats passed soon after, as did a dear family friend. And my sister passed away a week before Christmas. And my oldest cat passed away in Feb. of 2013, he was 19 yrs. old & was a member of my family.

I have been battling severe depression & anxiety for the past few years. I'm on medication but since my mother's passing & the events that have happened since,& now my sister's passing, it's hard to keep the depression & anxiety under control.

I've always been the one that helped others and it's tough being the one in need of help. But I'm so thankful for WUAH & all of it's members. I've been blessed with help on many occasions. I give back when I can. I don't have much to offer, but I do what I can.
