About Me

My husband was severly wounded in Ramadi Iraq, in March of 2006, he is 100% disabled, we have 3 boys Jeremiah 12, Isaiah 9, and Elijah 8..we have hit rock bottom too many times in our almost 14 yrs together, my husband was infantry out of the 101st in Ft. Campbell, KY, we are both from WNY, and moved to beautiful Georgia in 2008 after Jeremys medical retirement, I then in 2010 broke my back in a pretty bad car accident causing me to go off of work and still going through pt, to get stronger, but we lost our 1st home here in GA in Jan 2011, we've since gotten somewhat at surface and now this month we have hit a huge mountain, we know God will provide, and our Faith in Him is abundant, but a wonderful friend of mine recommended this website, we went home to NY in July and before leaving in Aug, found out our mini van, which is on its last leg needed over $1500 worth of work done, we trying to be responsible put most of our major bills on auto pay and we were left with less than $500 as well as the drive home and then the kids started school Aug 6th, we have no groceries, our kids are wearing old clothes and shoes, we have no gas for our car, and on top of it all we dont get paid for 16 more days! we've tried soo many non profits but fall through the cracks because we have no shut off notices thank God!! But in desperate need of getting above water, I have so much respect for my husband hes sitting here feeling so ashamed that our children are suffering right now, as well as I, I'm just soo thankful for websites and organizations like this!!!
