About Me

I am a 43 year old divorced woman currently residing in my home state of New Jersey, after many years of moving. I am an ex-military wife with one adult daughter from my first marriage.

Im pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Social Work with a specialization in the Criminal Justice field.

I try my best to dedicate my life to helping others. Now with my disability and fixed income, I find myself being the one needing to reach out for help at times, but no matter how bad things may get with me, I always do what I can for others. My ultimate dream is to become a social worker and help families in need and in crisis situations.

We left many of our belongings in Oklahoma (last state we lived at prior to NJ) and are basically starting over from scratch. Its a hard road but home is where your heart is and my heart is where my family is.

P.S.A few years ago,I had a long life wish fulfilled thanks to WUAH and an awesome woman named Danna Malone (director of WUAH Oklahoma Chapter).. It was nothing less than AMAZING!!

Update: I lost my apartment in North Wildwood during Hurricane Sandy. Although it has been a rough time for me, I know that it could have been much worse. I am looking ahead and moving forward. Hoping to get back on my feet again soon!!! ...
