i am a single mum of 3 living in the UK. matthew is 11, kayla 8 and georgia is 4 1/2. georgia suffers from chronic lung disease, cerebral palsy, chronic constipation and delayed development due to premature birth, she was born at 27wk, weighing 1lb 11oz, due to re-occuring pre-eclapsia. all 3 have been born premature due to this condition.I love my babies dearly and just want the best for them
