To get Birthday cards or items for my Autistic Son

My little ones birthday is 2 days before Christmas and it is extremely hard for us to afford both. Normally he just gets combined presents. But I was hoping that someone out there could make this year special for him. He is turning 6 on December 23, 2011. This year we are saving to take him to the hospital on December 28 so we will not be able to get him anything for either his birthday or Christmas. Anything you can do helps.....
