I am Phyllis and would like to make Christmas special for a group of 8 seniors ranging in ages 94 to 66. There are 5 men and 3 women who live in this home. Its a Special Needs Home. All but one is either in a wheelchair or uses a walker. Due to the low economy it has been hard to find any church or organization that is interested in being a sponsor. Last year the residents had to buy their own gifts in order to have something under the tree Christmas morning. Due to limited funds there wasn't much. This year their funds are gone. 2 of the men need new wheelchairs. Theirs keep breaking down or are falling apart. They don't fit right in them. They need some new special ordered shoes because Medicaid pays for one pair a year. They could use some new clothes, coats or jewelry for the ladies or cologne for the men. They love to color, play games, do crafts and watch movies. My wish is to find some heroes out there who could help us out and make this the best Christmas ever for these people. They would be ever so grateful with anything and so would I. Any gift small or big would be appreciated. Thanks and have a Blessed Merry Christmas everyone.
