To make my husbands birthday memorable

Hello to all my hero friends. My husband Eric's birthday is Jan 6. Two years ago we had to bury his Grandmother and his father on his birthday. Last year we had some bad news around his birthday also so it wasn't very joyful. This year my Mom is celebrating her 80th birthday and most of the family can't make it. So he's driving for 8 hours on his birthday so we can see my Mom on 1/7/11 to celebrate her birthday (her actual birthday is 1/10), so his special day gets pushed aside again. I want to do something special for him. Can some hero's help me?

I would like to collect lots of birthday cards for him. Maybe something small tucked inside. His SUV is 11 years old so he loves car air fresheners. His favorite is Pina Colada scent. He loves sugar free gum, so coupons for that would be great. His favorite fast food restaurant is Wendy's (spicy chicken sandwich is his favorite). His favorite sport is Golf. He reads about it, watches TV shows, goes online for helpful lessons, etc. Maybe you have a Golf joke or tip for him. He loves StarBucks expresso coffee too.

He helps me grant wishes all the time. Now it's time to make him smile. Who's in? Thank you all for taking the time to read my wish.

Glad Eric likes his card, the "artist" is ME, LOL. I draw cards for our sweeties in the respite room to color and send. So I made Eric a little birthday "escape". Hugs to you, and give him one for me!
