Postpartum Pregnancy Weight

Hi Everyone,

Im Courtney, Im 18 years old and have always been fairly healthy and in shape for my height. I gave birth to a beautiful babygirl Nov 2012, Shes my wrld. During my pregnancy I gained 35 pounds and since giving birth ive only lot 10. Which means im 20 pounds heavier than I was pre-pregnancy. Noneof my clothes fit and the ones that do are skin tight and wicked uncomfortable. I feel so insecure and disgusting its ruiningmy self asteem. I am unemployed and collecting welfare which isnt much much better than nothing. it cvers the cost for what my daughter needs which is most important. I wish I could some money/gift card for new clothes that actually fit or get a gym membership at curves. as its the closest to my house. If theres anyone out there that could help me it would be grately appreciated please feel free to email me courtneyavery40@yahoo.com thanks

Walking - FREE and it really works.
Good luck to you.

Walking is excellent exercise and it's free ! no membership required.. Put your daughter in her stroller and head out .. Bring a bottle of water with you, maybe a camera to take some cool pictures on your walk and keep moving. I loved walking with the stroller the fresh air does both of you good while you are out !

Hi, It could take several more months for your to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight. Please don't get discouraged. Be sure you are eating a healthy diet. Write down everything your eat and track your calories each day based on your height and weight. Drink half your body weight in water each day. Weight loss starts in the kitchen. Good luck.
