Hey all, I hope this finds everyone well! I'm wishing tonight because I have a "want" that is just so great, and I'm bursting to get it out!

Hubby and I are going on 10 years of marriage. TEN years! Holy cow, ladies, I don't know how he's put up with me this long, haha! Because we married so young, we didn't have or do any of the traditional things young newlyweds do, let alone young teens! No wedding, no honeymoon, no prom or graduation ceremony. We simply couldn't afford it. Don't get me wrong, I have no regrets! Just wishes. ;)

Because this site is so awesome, I figured where better to share my greatest wish than with all of you! I wish...that my hubby and I could take a mini trip together, just us. A late honeymoon, if you will. Nothing expensive or even far, just enough to know we aren't at home, LOL, and we have some time alone together somewhere new. :)

My Christmas gift from my hubbys mom was a free weekend of babysitting, (Woohoo!!!) and we want to use it the best we can!

Now, I pray and pray that no one takes offense or takes this next bit wrong, but I wanted to say that we understand we can do a weekend alone at home.. and make it nice and romantic, etc.. but that isn't my wish! The joy of this site is being unrestricted to wishing what my heart wants most!

While I'm bursting with ooey gooey girly romantic ideas, I can't help but feel guilty that here I am wishing for a little getaway while others need so much more, so forgive me in advance!

After much research, we like the idea of a secluded cabin in NC, with a pretty mountain view! Friday to Sunday, just enough time for me to woo my hunky guy and remind him how much I love him. ;) (Woohoo again!) Haha, I'm horrible, sorry guys :P

Alrighty, I've poured enough sap and goop into this wish, so I'll leave with this. I hope so so much to find my "Late Honeymoon Hero". I'd be eternally grateful, and thank you for reading my wish! XO
