I am a single woman that is working 2 jobs. I have raised 3 children without the support of my ex-husband, and have never used welfare as a career choice. I have always worked to support myself and my kids.
Currently I have no insulation in my home. If I could get insulation it would help me with heating costs. This winter my pipes froze and burst and I had 1" of water running across my bathroom floor. I do not like asking for help! If someone could help supply the insulation, I would be willing to install it myself. My grown children would be happy to help me.
I have checked with county programs and state programs. There is nothing that either of them can do to help me.
