Daughter in need of a Junior Girl Scout Vest

Hello everyone, My daughter is in need of a junior Girl scout vest in size large/extra large. She has currently outgrew her vest and only has a few months left in Juniors. I am a single mother who works very hard to make sure my kids are taken care of however due to gas prices on the rise and my very high heating bill I am unable to purchase one at this time. If any heros has a vest they are no longer in need of it would mean the world to us. Thank you for looking.

Thank you all for reading. I dont want to ask the troop leader at this time. I feel embarassed that I cant afford a $20 vest at this time and dont want anyone in the troop looking at my daughter any different. Its a struggle now a days to be a single parent Im sure they understand but I know how kids can be with comments and I just dont want anyone making fun of my daughter

now that I think about it more, it isn't the darker green one, but I think my daughter had the sash, not the vest

I have all my daughters things from when she was in scouts, but I believe it is the dark green, I will check tomorrow.

motherof3plus1 is right--the GS troop leader should bee able to help provide one if you can not afford one.

Check either with your daughters leader or the local counsil office. Girl scouts will purchase one for her. They provided everything needed for 2 of my girls
