My name is Jessica and my close neighbors and friends are going through some rough times and need help. Read their story below. I am doing a Fundraiser for them and just asking for straight donations. Please even $1 will help get us closer! Most ramps I've found are around $3000 but I have found some on craigslist under $1,000 so my goal is $1,000 by Friday so we can get this process going quickly. Lenny and Debbie have been my next door neighbors for almost 3 years now. Debbie is a diabetic and has dialysis 3 days each week. Lenny also has diabetes and other health issues. A couple months ago while Debbie was out she tripped over a rug at D+D's broke her hip and fractured the bones all down her leg. She went to the hospital and has healed very nicely but now the rehab center she is in will not let her go home to her loving husband until there is a handicap ramp to the front of their house which they do not have the money for. This has weighed very heavily on my heart because they are such Awesome people so I am raising all the funds I can to help Debbie come home by building a handicap ramp.
