Specific shoes for daughter Hip Hop recital.

They have to be the black material, white soles and the ones that are ankle high. I have found some on ebay for 22 including shipping.
I tried walmart and stuff but they are out of season. I need help! I have tried resale shops to find cheap ones I can afford but no luck!
I cant afford the 22 for those on ebay. If someone has some like in the picture attached or can help me with the 22 for buying those ones on ebay please let me know?
My little one is so excited for her hip hop recital and I dont want her to be the odd ball out with shoes that dont match the rest of the kids in the dance.
