Wishing for Birthday cards for my son

All he really has in this world is me and his sister (their dad died almost six years ago) so there really aren't too many people to wish him a happy birthday. He's a fairly content kid and hasn't told me of anything he specifically wants or needs. I just think it would be a great surprise for him to get birthday cards from someone other than just me for a change.
