Help for my neighbor

My neighbor is disabled, has pawned everything she can, been to all food banks she can go to, and is still in need of some basic items. I wish I had the money to get the items for her but I dont. Surprising her would be great. I have papal and can purchase the items for her and provide the receipt to anyone or I can provide her address to anyone wishing to mail her a care package. She is in need of items like toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, cat litter, cat food, slippers size 9 1/2, and socks. Thank you WUAH for reading this wish for my friend and neighbor.
