NEEDING HELP WITH EVERYTHING

i need help with everything, food, clothes, personal care items, ex: toilet paper, soap etc.. also my rent i am 100 dollars short due to a high electric bill this month, had to pay it so they wouldnt shut it off, now i am short the 100 dollars due to that, my wishes i had before were never granted so i am hoping this one will be...thank you

no they werent i had someone that said they would help but i never recieved it and when i sent an e-mail to them when they messeged me i never got a reply
