How very sad.............its time they find a cure for neuroblastoma as it has taken way to many precious babies.

She has been battling neuroblastoma for the past 5 years...since she was 2 years old.

The girl was rushed by private jet to Disney so that she could die while facing the castle. She is there now and is not expected to make it through the night. The mom's name is Erin Santos and her email is erinrsantos@yahoo.com. If Taylor can't get to her, we are hoping she can send her a video message. This little girl idolizes Taylor Swift and it would mean so much. You can also call the mom's friend, Charlotte, at 704.756.7800 as she is trying to coordinate this for Isabella's mom.
