Casey will be 11 on the 17th....my lil man is not so little any more. Time seems to fly by faster & faster! *tears* Somebody please make it stop...he's supposed to be my lil guy always. *tears* He's officially out of elementary school now & will be entering intermediate next year as a 5th grader! (A new school) I'm soooo proud of him & his accomplishments! His learning disabilities might slow him down, but they'll never hold him back!! He's become such a go-getter. He'd absolutely LOVE getting birthday cards addressed to him. (And if you could spare a dollar or some change he always gets such a kick when something falls out of a card when he opens it....most definitely NOT NEEDED but would be deeply appreciated with a huge fantastic smile from him that could light up a room in the dark!) Also one more request...a long shot, but maybe a birthday present hero is reading & I have to ask for Casey.....he constantly asks for a glow-in-the-dark Nerf shooter to play with his 2 friends outside & at the park when they go for visits together. I figured he'd want some electronic gadget by now like he sees most kids his age having just to "be cool & fit in"....Nope, he's asked for a fun toy. I just adore his youthful innocence for however long it will be here! I've attached an Amazon wishlist for Casey & his one birthday wish of a glow-in-the-dark Nerf shooter! (I can't afford it as the electric bill has gone up thanks to the air conditioner & humid heat....ugh) I have to pay the bills first...makes me feel bad to not have extra left for a present, but I gotta do what I gotta do.
