My paycheck was delayed this week due to reasons beyond my own control. I am supposed to be paid on Fridays, with a direct deposit to my bank account. No deposit.

I called my employer and was informed that my pay has been delayed, but should be received by Monday or Tuesday.

I was planning to go grocery shopping after I returned home from work,as I usually only buy ingredients to make meals as planned out for the following week....saves on food for me.
Not having anything in the house to eat at all has me extremely concerned, and I don't have any spare change to buy anything right now.

Could a hero please grant my wish for $20 so I can run over to Wal-Mart or Smith's and purchase enough food to feed myself until Monday?
