Need groceries ASAP

Desperately in need of groceries, cleaning and personal care items.
Groceries are the MAIN concern as we don't have anything besides rice, a gallon of milk and a few cans of green beans.
I have 3 kids to feed. I live in a rural area, far from any food banks. Don't qualify for food stamps. Make a few dollars over the limit. Overloaded with doctor and prescription medication bills.
