Dear Wish Upon A Hero, I have been an LPN for 13 years. I work
fulltime until about 2 years ago when I started having issues with
my back. I had to have major back surgery or I would lose the use
of my leg. I have healed and returned to work however, I lost my
fulltime position and have been working per diem ( on an as needed
basis) I live in South Jersey which is like the end of the earth.
Jobs are scarce. I have been raising my son who is 17yrs old by
myself. I started back to college taking part time classes towards
my RN degree. It's been a slow process. I was set up on a blind
date that turned out to be such the success, it's unbelievable. I
was asked to marry on Christmas day. I set a date for Nov 4, 2012.
Just recently my fiance was in a MVA which he injured his cervical
spine. Because of his injuries he is no longer able to do his
current job and had to resign from homeland security. I had planned
to use my savings for planning my wedding but had to use for bills
and everyday expenses. I truly love this man but everything has
been put on hold and has dampered all my expectations. We both have
been married before. simple ceremonies. I would be just as happy to
be married by the city clerk but would love to have my family and
friends to celebrate my love for this man. I had bought my dress
then it seemed like everthing started to fall apart.If there is a
hero for me I would be greatful to the end of the earth.
