I have had a very difficult time with diabetes, high blood pressure, and severe depression and have been out of work for quite a while causing me to not have enough money to be able to buy some cat food and to pay an important past due sewer/garbage bill. The cat food I usually get for my kitty at Wal-Mart is Friskies Grillers' Blend (16 lb bag) and it costs around $12. I'm also really worried about a six-month past due sewer/garbage bill. The company (called SPMUD-South Placer Municipal Utility District) has sent me a letter saying that they are going to put a lien on my home if I don't pay the $234 bill. I have barely paid my other important bills such as my electricity, water, and internet (to apply for jobs, etc.) by the skin of my teeth, but I have completely run out of money to pay for the cat food and this one utility bill. I have applied for (and in the middle of an appeal for) Social Security Disability so I would be able to pay my bills in the future, but it takes months or years to fight to get approved. In the meantime, I have been applying for jobs even though I probably wouldn't last long at a job because of the serious problems I keep having with my health. As much as it hurts me to ask anyone for help, I am just praying for any heroes to help at all with either of these things. Any donations (no matter how small) would greatly help me, and I would be so appreciative. Thanks so much for thoughtfully taking the time to read my wish.
