I am wishing for a hero to help me make it to my class reunion in a few weeks. I have not been able to attend any of them as I live in the mid west now. I am on a fixed income and one of my fellow classmates has made arrangements for a rental car for me as I need to take my therapy service animal with me she is on a special diet after life saving surgery and I have no one to care for her, she is not use to being apart from me for more than a couple hours at a time. My classmates have taken care of meals and lodging for the reunion however I was hit with a major torpedo with my own bucket of bolts (the rust & dirt I believe are all that is holding it together with over 200,000 miles on it. I am coming up approximately $200.00 short for gas & tolls and a motel stay each direction as it is too long of a trip to take on my own. My health is not the greatest at only 47yrs of age and I am afraid this may be my last opportunity to attend a reunion with my old classmates. I have Pay Pal Debit which I would be able to use for gas and the motel stay. I am not one to be selfish and ask for something for myself but after meeting with my doctor yesterday she is in agreement that this trip will be nothing less than both a huge benefit to my health as well as a dream come true. Please if there are any heroes who could help with this I would be forever grateful, I fear contacting my classmates to inform them that unfortunately I will not be able to make it. Praying for a miracle as time is running out for them to receive their deposit back and I would feel awful after what they have done to try and make it possible for me to attend.
