for my oldest son's birthday to be wonderful for him.

I can't even describe right now how trying my life has become this year, I know what a great way to start a wish right. In April I was diagnosed and almost died from Congestive Heart Failure. Since then things have just gone down hill. I am a mother of 4 amazing children and my oldest is having his 14th birthday on August 10th. Because of all that has been happening with me we are so out of money and I am completely out of time off at work ( I just recently was allowed to go back to work) so for the first time in 14 years I won't be able to spend my son's birthday day with him, it's always been our day together to celebrate. If anyone could or would send him Birthday cards or small gifts, I would be more than greatful. Christian is an amazing kid, he has ADHD and struggles with it every day but he's a fighter and keeps a positive attitude, he's also one of the best big brothers in the world and a HUGE help at home to me. I am just so sad that I can't do much for him this year and can't even be there to spend the day with him. (I will be there at night, but it's just not the same). He loves just about everything boy, especially anything nerf and lego. but even just birthday cards so that he knows he's special would be a huge blessing. If anyone can help me, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

I forgot to add what an amazing child this is. He is always trying to help others, we have many elderly people in our nieghborhood and he cuts their lawn and shovels for them in the winter. He also is always working on some kind of charity. Last year he raised over $1500 for the St. Baldricks Foundation and was even in the local newspaper for it. HE is an amazing young man and it's killing me that I can't do anything for him this year.
