good evening heroes as some of you know about my beautiful daughter Charlize and her journey since she was 6 months old got her first pair of glasses and has been through 3 double eye surgeries at the casey eye institute at OHSU hospital she is 6 years old now and we were told at last months surgery that she has lost all vision in her right eye due to her stribismus and estropia her right eye still points inward so far her brain only prefers the left eye and the right eye has been shut off so she needs a 4th surgery on both eyes on august 28th at 6 am! portland is about 4 hours one way from my home and with having to put 3 little ones into school in august and pay my bills on our very low income my husbands only getting about 30 hours a week right now and we have gotten on food stamps we are in need of help getting her to portland for gas and food help desperately!! we do have a hero who has offered to help with getting us a motel room for the night for me and my children but i am unable to spare any money for gas and food for the 2 days we will be there all we have is going to our bills and to get the kids into school ! i am asking for help for this trip so if anyone can help i do have paypal and i would need the help by august 26th so you could send whatever you can spare closer to that date i can provide proof of gas reciepts and food costs upon request i can also prove the medical need and the proof of the surgery date and place if you like! i appreciate any and all help and if you cannot help financially she would love to get like happy mail cards to bring up her spirits through all this she has been through that would make her very happy to get cards in the mail to help her healing process a brighter one! thank you all so much and god bless you all you are truly my daughters angels!
