heel spur relief

i have developed a heel spur and i cant afford the pricey shoes the foot doctor office sells. I have asked them to help me find a reasonable price shoe and i have found a few at walmart and could really use a hero to help out! thanks in advance for viewing my wish list! I have two foot braces one for walking during the day and one for bedtime its such a painful thing to deal with

I hope you get a hero, I suffer from the same problem, nothing seems to help me. I do sometimes get a tennis ball and roll it under my foot, it helps a little

Yes I agree the dr scholls arch supports work great. I have both flat feet and heel spurs and work standing on my feet on concrete all day. I found the arch supports at big lots of all places for 5 dollars. and a good walking shoe. Hope you get your wish.

I didn't know about the arch supports I been using the water bottle also physical therapy

I have heal spurs as well. A good walking shoe and the doctor scholls arch supports really help. Also freeze a water bottle and use it to roll under your heal for while before you go to bed. I hope you find relief!
