help my brave little man to be prepared for school

due to my ex husband not helping me financially for the past 2 years i have to take my son out of his school he has been in for the past 3 years this break my heart so much to have to do so but thankfully he is a very understanding child...The reason its so imparative i had him in his prior school is learngin disabilioties and it has been the only stable ting in his life for the past 3 years due to his father and i going throuigh a divorce and moving. anyways i lost my job in march and havent been able to find a new job so i am vertually brok i have been praying everynight for thigns to work out and have put off asking for help on here because i know so many people need help right now so im asking if anyone has any walmart gift cards i could buy his school supplies with or some new school slcothes it would be greatly appreciated I'm thinking i will only need about $20 for his supplies so anything you can offer would be awesome.

omatrisha thank you so much and yes he does poay child support but not as much as he should be paying and i try to not make too many waves so he doesnt try anythign like taking my son from me i try to just keep things civil but 300 a month doesnt even begin to cover half the expenses involved with a child. I do hope your ex is paying child support. If not, contact Child Support Enforcement in your state and make sure they know he's the child's dad. You shouldn't have to go through this all alone financially.

no they dont offer scholerships but they have been very understanding with me the past 2 years and gave me half price tuition but with no job i cant even afford that thank you for the suggestion though

Does your son's school offer scholarships? My niece went to a private school, they offered scholarships to children whose parents might be having a tough time. Just a thought... I wish I could help you. I will keep you and your son in my prayers.

I think its probally harder on me to have to pull him out of this school he has been going there since he was 3 and is doing so well there, like i said it has been the only stable thing in his life and i know how important stability is in a childs life i moved around alot when i was younger and went to alot of different schools and through therapy i have learned it hurt me in alot of ways im just so lucky my son is so understanding, he really is wise beyond his years and i thank god every day for the blessing that he is

I know how you are feeling right now. Last year we pulled 2 of my 4 kids out of the only school they knew because we couldn't afford it and this year we are pulling the other 2 out. The biggest impact is on my almost 13 year old who attended the same private school for 9 years and we are throwing her into a new school for 8th grade. But she's being brave just like I know your son will be. Hugs.

thank you so much for your generosity the only thing my son really plays with right now is his ds he has one game that was given to him by my sister and he plays with his wwe action figures hes really into it and has a greta imagination he makes stuff for themout of cardboard. if you have any wwe stuff im sure he would love it or games for his ds
