Hello,

2 friends of mine just welcomed a beautiful baby daughter after trying for a few years. Their daughter, Violet, was born on July 10th and has spent most of her life in the hospital. She was born with many birth defects, including ANASD, Incomplete Heteroaxy , as well as other heart problems and an underdeveloped lung.

After being home for a few days Violet was re-admitted into the hospital. Violet is at Johns Hopkins and has to gain weight to have major heart surgeries. The only problem is her little heart is burning more energy then her little body is able to take in. So it's going to be a long, hard fight to even get her to the surgeries.

After doing the math, her parents have figured at least $250,000 in hospital bills this year alone.

Now, they have no problem being in debt for the rest of their lives for their daughters health. The problem I see is they live in Virginia and the amount they have spent on gas and missing time at work has already almost drained them.

I have a healthy, beautiful daughter and I can't imagine going through what their family is going through and i wish i could do more to help them. Please look deep in your heart and help this strong family any way possible.
