~~* BABY BOY CAME EARLYNEEDS CLOTHES DESPERATELY*~~

Hello Heroes ~ My grandson arrived a month early we were expecting him to be a large baby due to his measurements so he has larger clothing but literally nothing newborn. I am attaching a Wal Mart wish list and there is a car seat on there also as they are currently borrowing one. My daughter & her husband are extremely distraught as my grandson may need to be admitted to the hospital if his bilirubin level does not come down by tomorrow, he is under bili lights at home and can only be out of them for breast feeding and diaper changes my daughter is very upset that she can not hold & cuddle her son and his 2 yr old sister does not understand why she can not hold or play with her brother. We will all be very grateful of any help in this area and prayers are very important. We just chose a variety of items that are needed so the heroes can choose from a variety. *** UPDATE*** My grandsons levels are coming down but not as quickly as the doctors would like so there is still the possibility he may be admitted. I was able to get sleepers, onesies , socks on Listia in NB size so my daughter said he is set for these items so I removed them from the list. The most major item needed is the car seat and we chose the cheaper one rather than the one they ar seats now come with expiration dates and using a used or 2nd hand car seat is not recomended by doctors or law enforcement as once a car seat is involved in an auto accident it is not considered safe to use by the manufacturers, The car seat they are currently using is a brand new seat owned by a neighbor who will need it back in a couple weeks when she delivers her baby. @agrandmothersheart thank you for looking that up, he had another test today and his levels are coming down just not as quickly as they would like and I'm madder than a hornet because they are upsetting my daughter with threatening to admit him.She is doing everything she can with a toddler at home also losing a months pay because he came early is really hurting them.

@ grandmothersheart I asked my daughter about the bili blanket and she told me that the medical supply stores in our area do not carry them and that many people have been tellin her that direct sunlight works better so she tried that for a little while yesterday and his level came down 1 point so there must be some truth to that.

Would she be willing to take used clothes. They are in great condition. I was going to sell them to help raise money for bills and a princess pageant my daughter wants to be in next month(have a wish on here for that) but can send you some clothes. My son was born 9/3 so have the correct season. Let me know. Can send some things out moday

me too mommie they were planning on getting him more things like the car seat out of her comission check and with him coming early she missed work so wont be getting that.

@flowerlady, I am aware of Goodwill & Salvation Army and am a frequent visitor unfortunately I am on SSDI and have helped them with food & gas as they heave to bring him to the hospital everyday for blood work and it is almost 40 miles 1 way. By him coming early they have lost her income now she works for a small Insurance Office with no benefits even her maternity leave is unpaid.Thank you for the suggestion.

@Mamaof2Monkeys if you click on the link in the wish description it works.Thank you on the congrats of my grandson, he was projected to be between 9-11 lbs based on how fast he was growing his due date was August 24th she went into labor twice and they stopped it then her water broke. He was 7 lbs 4 oz at birth but now weighs 6 lbs 1 oz What is a Bili Blanket and how do they get one ? The Bili Lights are being leased from the hospital.
