Hi, I'm a single mom of the most amazing 8 year old. Currently
living with my mom. I have some debt from college and credit cards
that i am trying to pay off so that I can provide a better life for
my son. The credit card debt came from living expenses for me and
my son while I was in school and a waitress - i just didn't make
enough money to live. Now i have a better job and have moved on to
grad school but just can't seem to knock this last $10K in
school/credit card debt. I'm not looking for a miracle or handout
but if anyone could spare a dollar, well that would be awesome. I
don't get any gov't aid and i do work full time as a secretary. I
just want to get this debt portion of my life behind me and maybe
get to a point where i can buy a small house for my son to have a
more normal childhood - or whats left of it (10 years until he's
18, I swear he was just born!). Best wishes to all and thank you so
