I wish WUAH members would contact their Senators & Representatives & urge them to co-sponsor & pass the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act of 2011 (S.1176 & H.R. 2966). Every year 100,000 American horses are exported to Canada & Mexico & brutally slaughtered & sent to Europe & Asia as "culinary delicacies." Call your U.S. Senators at 202-224-3121. This is cruel & horrible! I had no idea this was even going on! I'll be praying they co-sponsor & pass the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act of 2011! This is un exceptable behavior my heart & prayers go out to these beautiful horses!

We try every single day to help horses, and try to end this slaughter and abuse. Its an outrage and needs to be stopped! we are their only voice!

YES THIS IS HORRIBLE ALSO THE WILD MUSTANGS ARE IN DANGER SINCE THE PRESIDENT SIGNED A BILL.THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE .There beauty and there spirit no one should destroy that.If anyone has a fb page you can look them up also info on THE AMERICAN HORSE PREVENTION ACT there also.

I will surely call and get the information,, I always wanted a horse or 2 but never could have one. I will pray this will stop also.
