Desperate need of a Divorce

This is probably a weird wish but I'm going to ask anyways. I'm in desperate need of a divorce from an abusive husband. Once divorced he'll stop harassing, threatening, and possibly stop hunting for me. Only thing is divorces in this state are $1,000 and I don't have that. If anyone at all could maybe help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. I'd even be willing to pay you back in payments over time if you want. I'm not saying that I think my wish is better than everyone else, I'm just saying that once I'm divorced I can have the feeling back that I once had.. the I'm free feeling. You know, no more worry about being attacked by him or raped by him. Thanks in advance for everything!! God Bless ♥

I would call a DV shelter in Fl, I bet they deal with women all the time looking for a divorce and money being a issue

@ Sqbear44- I'd love to file the paperwork myself... but I need at least $1000 to do it. Unless you're talking about getting them off line.

@ltdor88- I've changed it at least 20 times sine I left him... somehow he still finds it. (He does use hacker programs)

If your husband is not going to contest the divorce you can file the paperwork yourself.

I'm no longer living with him, I've already moved to another state with my kids and he's still sending threats and harassment through emails. He tells me what'll happen to me if I don't give him the divorce (As in me pay for it cause he refuses to). I want this nightmare to end, I'm not only afraid for myself but for the kids. I've already tried legal aid and they won't help me.
