Cloth diapers

Help me cloth diaper my babies! Diapers are so expensive and go right in the trash. I have two in diapers right now, and each go through a pack a week. Each pack is $10. thats $80 in diapers for a month.. Im a single mother working very hard to make this work, but the diapers are outrageous. If i cloth diapered, it could save me nearly $1000 in ONE year. They are reuseable, so they can last until potty trained. Only problem is the start up cost is what i dont have at the moment. For a full set its 250 [both children can use them! they are one size!!]. Its $250 I dont have, but need to make things easier on us. Help me make this happen!

I have some used pocket diapers... they are large or xl and do not have inserts but prefolds work. If your interested I can get them out of storage and look them over for you. I know that they aren't perfect but they worked for us.

I dont mind used..its still the start up cost that gets me..one or two at a time plus two children in diapers still is a lot. Which is why i came here, hoping someone could help.

This is a site that might be helpful, they "loan" you the diapers for as long as you need them and you only pay a flat rate for shipping. It does income level qualifications. http://www.givingdiapersgivinghope.org/
