I'm a case manager for low income families in transitional housing. I just took on a contract and I have 6 families on my caseload. One woman on my caseload is an employed single mom with 4 school age children. She has no money for school supplies and since the case manager position was open for a few weeks before I came on board, she didn't have a caseworker to get her signed up in time for free school supplies from the social services in our area (deadline was August 17).

My wish is for this woman to be granted a $100 Target gift card so she can get her kids pencils, paper, folders, tissues, highlighters, colored pencils, pencil boxes, erasers, simple calculators, and all the stuff kids need for school!
