there are some great ideas on Perpetualpreschool.com , has tons of idea's for every subject , just have to tweek it for age level

Look into k12 it is an online public school. They provide everything including the computer!

Contact the HSLDA to make sure you are following your states homeschool guidelines and laws. You should look for support groups in your area. They will help with curriculum choices, field trips, co-op classes, and enrichment classes like art, p.e and music. Here are some of my favorite curriculum choices (google them for more info) Rod & Staff, My Father's World, Five in a Row, Math U See.
