I have been a single mother for very many years. I have 3 adult
children (all working) and a granddaughter of 7. It is difficult to
try pay rent, petrol, food and then there is nothing left to get
through the rest of the month. The food you buy lasts a week if you
lucky then it's back to squire one, borrowing money again. All I
wish for is to just get over that "hill" so that we can have a
normal life. Just to go sit somewhere and have a cold drink would
be nice but we end up looking at everybody else doing it. Buying
new clothes is out of the question, use what you have or get from
other people. I am a very positive person but at times this all
gets you down. I now have to look for another place to stay as I
cannot afford my rent, so tired of moving and stressing about the
next day. It would be so great to have a place to stay that you can
all home, enough food to eat and just be alive.
