Warm clothes for cold weather(used)

When my boys and i left in the middle of the night We left with nothing.We couldnt take the abuse any longer.We are in great need of used clothes with winter coming up warm clothes. We could really use jackets sweat pants long sleve shirts. Sizes are womens 3x,boys 14 slim,and mens small to med. Uesd is wonderful!! Im putting a wish list just to give ideas of sizes. I have been to all the churchs and clothing closets with no help. Salvation army wont help beacuse my husband got one there and put us on it and its only one per family every 3 yrs here. Mt disabilty check is very little and after i pay rent and lights im left with $35 so i cant afford anything. Whats left i have to buy meds,personal supplys ect. Drewmom: shipping is very expensive. I spent 30.00 mailing 2 boxes this week to WUAH's.

I checked our thrift store....I did find a nice black size 3x long sleeve cordory top for you, and a beautiful pair of tan cord pants for the size 14 child...I travel out your way on sunday's to visit my son, who is in facility as he is very ill...I would be happy to meet you somewhere in Rome to drop these things off to you...what ever is convenient for you...I am very familiar with Rome...used to live there :)

Thank you magghemay! I have tried everywhere including Catholic chairites they said they dont give them out. They do have a cthohing closet but everything they have is mostly dress suits and older persons clothes nothing for the boys or in my size. The women there said they hardly evey get childrens clothes and if the do its worn out so the dont put it out. And that the large sizes like me go so fast they can keep them in. Thank you for you help it means a lot.

have you tried getting a clothing voucher from Catholic Charities? They do give them...I am unsure of if the Rome office has a clothing closet, but there are some in close towns to you. Last I recall, they were located on Washington St, across from the pediatric clinic. I will check in our thrift( which is catholic charities) and see if we have anything that would work for you..I work there, and can let you know after I come home wednesday afternoon :)
