There is a little, orphan girl, Sylvia, in Uganda. She lives in an
orphange that my friend, Edward, runs. She is ten years old or so.
They don't know her exact age because she has no birth certificate.
She has 2 baby brothers that she has to care for. They are about 7
and 8. Her parents died of AIDs. She needs clothes and shoes, and
so do her brothers. I know I can't help all the world, but I would
like to help this little one, her brothers and her youngest
brother's friend, who also lives at the orphanage. The three boys
need sizes 6/7, 7/8 and 8/10, and about sizes 2, 3 and 4 in shoes.
Sylvia needs about a 12/14 or 14/16 dress and her underwear size
would be about a 12 or maybe a 10. Her shoe size is about 5 or 6.
Edward has 126 kids at the orphanage and these 4, I really want to
help to start with. If some heroes could help, maybe we could help
more. I am willing to cover postage--I just need help with getting
things put together to help the kids. The need clothes and shoes.
Used would be welcome!!! These kids have never BEEN loved by a
family and I want them to know that someone cares about them the
way that Jesus does and the way that Edward and his co-workers
(seven of them all together, including Edward) care. So, if you
have any used or new clothes or shoes to offer, really for any age
child from 12 months to age 16, I would appreciate it and so would
they. Socks are also needed, as is bar soap. I made a Walmart
wishlist ONLY TO GIVE YOU an idea of what is NEEDED. ANYTHING for
boys or girls in any sizes is welcome. The orphanage houses kids
from the ages of about a year to age 16. Again, Sylvia is about 10,
her brothers are about 7 and 8, and their friend is 7 or so. Is
anyone willing to help show these kids some love? The wishlist link
is below. It is under Tori McWilliams if the link doesn't work/ God
bless you!!!
