I would like to find a private money lender that charges a flat 3-4% interest to grow my business. Currently, I am negotiating a deal that could propel my business to the next level but finding decent rates for a small company is difficult according to banking terms. I am willing to provide incorporation papers, operating agreement, ein number and other documents to validate that my company is legitimate. If you do not have a contract we could have one drafted by an attorney for both of our protection.
