I know it is still early, but I wanted to post my wish for my daughters birthday because it is weighing heavily on my mind.
Her Birthday is not until Nov 22. Yes, Thats also THANKSGIVING day as well. This year as with many previous years, its going to be scimpy and simple. She knows we cant afford much. I wish times were different but I am a single mother paying out more than I earn every month, and there is never enough for the little things.
She made a little list of things she really WANTS, but I know that the things she really NEEDS come first. But I am hoping I can find a hero who may be able to make some Birthday wishes come true for her.
Because it is Nov and because it is Thanksgiving. I was hoping to celebrate her special day on a separate day. She really wants to go to dinner at her favorite buffet. Golden Coral. She loves that place! I think its the Chocolate fountain.
She has been wanting a new dress forever, and some costume jewelry. She is very much a preteen and girly girl. She has become interested in purses and beginning to experiment with nail polish and light makeup. She shows me crafts she would love to make and she absolutely love love loves to read.
She NEEDS new PJs and undergarments, socks and pants. Things like this come first - and if there is any money after buying the things we need for our Thanksgiving Dinner and paying rent thats where I will spend it, but maybe if there a HERO that can grant her wants it will make her day so much more special.
This site has come through for me for 2 other wishes and so I would only ask that those with means help those who may not have had a hero as I have, but maybe there is a hero who has some items that they no longer use or want that may fulfill my daughters wish.
