games get well cards, and things for my daughter who had surgery

hello i am here today today for my daughter she had surgery last friday to remove her tonsils and adenoids she is in so much pain still.. i wanted to see if i could get help with some things to help chear her up.. she loves puzzles, games, coloring books.. and if some one would love to send her a card i know she would love that. my family has not even came to see her at all.. or call to check on her,, she feels like they dont even care.. even if the games or puzzles are used i would take them, even dvds are nice we cant leave the house because it could cause infections.. thank you so much for helping us god bless you..

WTG sunshineangel! Hope your daughter starts feeling better soon :) A couple years ago my son had his out. His scab broke off and he bled like a stuck pig. We called the emergency room and his doctor's after office number. They had him gargle with ice cold water for twenty minutes. Thank the Lord it stopped, but I was terrified he was going to blled to death! They still didn't see him for almost three weeks, said it happens sometimes and as long as the bleeding stopped he'd be fine. He missed a whole 8 days of school (they were afraid of him bleeding again - he's autistic and VERY active- so they excused him and sent work home. lol I think they were scared of the liability involved). He didn't start feeling really better for about 3 weeks. Doctor said when adenoids are involved, it's a little more painfu. Fingers crossed she starts feeling better soon :) Best wishes and many blessings

i have called and they said it was normal for her to be in pain.. i feel so bad for her,,and thank you i have been giving her lots of jello and ice cream...
