Hello, I am a thirty one year old male who was born in and is
living in Topeka, Kansas. I have pretty much always been self
sufficent, but this fall I have came upon difficult times. I am
having difficulty finding a full time job that I can do outside of
a few temporaries here and there. I have been diagnosed with
arthritis in my spine, and I have difficulty standing for long
periods, and difficulty sitting for long periods. My water was shut
off about a month ago, and I have been unable to get it turned back
on. I have been having problems bathing, cooking, cleaning, and so
on. I have never really had to ask for help before, but I am
seeking assistance paying my $250.00 water bill to the City of
Topeka.
