for a special birthday 9 year old girl

On April 29 a very special girl will be turning 9 this year. I was hoping that my income tax return would be enough to pay off some bills and go to Disneyland; but it wasn't, not even close. Since the bills were more important, they got paid.

Now I'm scrambling to figure out what to do for her birthday that would even come close to something as fun & special as Disneyland. The only thing I can think of is a shopping spree at WalMart or Toys R Us; she loves to shop as most girls do. Perhaps a card with a few dollars in it, I could then go get her one of those Visa gift cards (she likes to feel grown up by using a "credit card"). Any help would be appreciated.     I have no spare cash either (and my daughter's birthday is on April 1st!), but we can send her an Italian charm (modular link) bracelet if she likes jewelry. If you PM me with some of her likes, hobbies, favorite school subjects, etc and an address to mail it, my daughter can put it together and I can have it in the mail at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. We sell Italian charms and bracelets as a fund-raiser for our PTO and Camp Fire club and have lots of them to choose from to make your daughter a special bracelet for her birthday. Just let me know!

Google birthday freebies and sign her up for her favorite restaurants; I got free ice cream at Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone Creamery before, and I think Sonic does a free Wacky pac.

I hope you find your heroes, but please do not get one of the Visa cards as it costs around $5 to just activate it.
