I WISH I had the money to intern in NYC!

So, a girl dreams of being a fashion designer all of her life. She applies for internship after internship during college, to no avail. Finally, the semester before she graduates, she gets a summer internship with a very very cool company!

The problem? It's unpaid, like many of the fashion industry internships.

My parents own their own business and make it by day-by-day. They support three children totally, with everything possible we could need. But the cost of going to and living in New York City is quite out of their reach. $1500 is the minimum for simply getting there and living there. Any monetary donation my heroes could give me would make my day.

I'm not asking for one person to gift me a few thousand dollars...Any amount you could afford to donate would be absolutely and totally appreciated. This internship is a dream, a lifetime opportunity, and I am at the point that I would do almost anything to get there! :)
