Ginger is a 5mo. old boxer mix brought into the Animal Emergency Center of Mechanicsburg PA, my name is Erin (a vet tech for the Emergency Center). She was hit by a car, fracturing both front legs very severly. Ginger's owner could not afford the care that she needed so I agreed to take over ownership to get her the care that she needs. I had the orthopedic surgery done the very next day, she needed a plate in both front legs and both are casted for up to 7 weeks. She will also need cast/splint changes every 7 days, and repeat xrays at 4 weeks post surgery. So, to make a long story short, I just cannot afford all of the bills that have been racked up so far. I already have 3 dogs and 2 horses and live by myself. Her vet bill so far is $1606.81... Ginger and I would appreciate all the help you can give! She is a very sweet little girl and even though she was in so much pain when she came to us, she still wagged her happy little tail! PLEASE HELP US!!
